[Spambayes] Speeding up Outlook plugin

OK, thanks for the reply! Too bad it wouldn't work...
By any chance, you haven't heard of any SB implementation (barring the
Outlook plugin) that is able to scan an Exchange mailbox using its
native MAPI/whatever protocol even when the user is not interactively
logged on (kind of a service/daemon thing)?

I cant comment on the outlook plugin, but I do know sb_bnfilter....

sb_bnfilter solves one specific performance problem with sb_filter - it
avoids 
having to reload the spambayes database for every filtered message. The 
outlook plugin doesnt use sb_filter (so it cant have a 'bn' upgrade) and
has 
never had that specific problem that sb_bnfilter solves.
