[Spambayes] problem

Help!  I thought I was emptying my spam e-mail and spam suspect folders from
outlook (because they were getting quite large)when I actually deleted the
whole folder.  Is there any way to pull these folders back into my inbox
without re-installing Spambayes?  Thanks.
