If you read that again, you'll see that someone else did, and was offering
one, and I just said that I'd put it online.  AFAICT, I have never received
the how-to, so have nothing to offer, sorry.

I imagine that it's not that hard to do, though.  Give it a go and ask on
spambayes at python.org if you run into troubles.
