This is trying to write a value to the Windows registry (to tell Outlook
that the plug-in exists) and is getting an "Access denied" error. Does the
user you are logged in as have permission to write to the registry (by
default HKEY_LOCAL_USER)? If not, you'll need to log in as a user that does
(and register for all users, as described in the troubleshooting guide).
Please always include the list (spambayes at python.org) in your replies
(reply-all), and please don't send me personal mail about SpamBayes.
http://www.massey.ac.nz/~tameyer/writing/reply_all.html explains this.
