This is trying to write a value to the Windows registry (to tell Outlook
that the plug-in exists) and is getting an "Access denied" error.  Does the
user you are logged in as have permission to write to the registry (by
default HKEY_LOCAL_USER)?  If not, you'll need to log in as a user that does
(and register for all users, as described in the troubleshooting guide).
