[Spambayes] Says an outlook folder is full and SB will not alowdelete as spam

Was one of those the spam folder?  That's the most likely one for which
being full would be a problem.

In any case, the solution is to find the folder that is full (it's almost
certain to be either your spam folder or your unsure folder) and make room
in it.  This is an Outlook restriction, so there's nothing SpamBayes can do
about it.
