You need to retrain from scratch.  Either manually delete the default_bayes_database.db and default_message_database.db files from the Data directory (SpamBayes->SpamBayes Manager->Advanced->Show Data Directory), or retrain via the "Training" tab, ticking the "Rebuild entire database" box.
