[Spambayes] FW: recover from spam button missing

Please take a look at the troubleshooting guide
(SpamBayes->Help->Troubleshooting Guide) and try the various steps in the
section about toolbar problems.  If none of those help, please let us know,
and include a copy of the most recent log file.
