[Spambayes] Junk Suspects no longer filters email

I use Microsoft Outlook 2003.

 

 I have been using Spam Bayes to filter my email for over a year with no
problems until recently.

 

My Junk E-mail continues to consistently filters over 100 Spam per day
(however it does have a red circle with line on the icon now??)

 

MY Junk Suspects no long filters anything. The Spam (constantly increasing
in quantity) which used to be sent to my Junk Suspects now clutters up my
Inbox.  

 

Please help me solve this problem.
