[Spambayes] spambayes proxy problems

I am running Spambayes as a proxy server for netscrap 4.x and for outlook as
a plug in.  Both are in installed in separate directories.  The outlook one
runs fine, the netscrape one is having the following error and I am not
exactly sure how to fix it.

What in the hell does this mean?
