[Spambayes] Stuck

[Dennis McGinn]

I can see the spambayes toolbar but it is not active. Using XP SP2 OUtlook
2003, went to the Spambayes folder and deleted the configuration files (I
think) and re-started Outlook. No change - still not responding. Any ideas
other that re-installing?
