[Spambayes] LOW SPAM: junk mail not deleting

Are you using IMAP?  IF so you must Purge after deleting to remove the
messages.  Besides that I cannot think of any reason deleting messages would
still show them in the folder.

Does deleting put a line through the message or empty the folder?

Hi!   First of all - up until now, I have loved spambayes and just need to
figure out why, although I delete the emails in my Outlook "junk" and "junk
suspect" it seems to think there are still 16K emails in there.  That is,
the number in parentheses immediately after the "JUNK (16072)" doesn't
decrease when I delete them and the system seems to think my folders are at
their capacity.  Please help!
