[Spambayes] SpamBayes

I had SpamBayes installed and inadvertently uninstalled it.  The
uninstall was not completely successful, however, and when I went to
reinstall it, the reinstall seemed to complete but it would not work.
Is there a more thorough uninstall procedure?  I have Windows 2000
Professional version 5.0.2195 SP4.  Sygate security is installed.
