[Spambayes] Help!

It looks like you are using Outlook - is that correct?  If not, then the
rest of this message will be invalid.

You should be able to view the contents of the junk/spam folder just like
any other folder in Outlook.  What happens when you try?

(The correct action is to open up that folder, select any incorrectly
classified messages, and click the "Recover from Spam" button).
