Open the Windows Task Manager (Control-Alt-Delete, then click "Task
Manager"). Click the "Processes" tab. Look for "sb_tray.exe" (or possibly
other processes starting with "sb_", if you've done something unusual). If
you find it, then end the process.

If that doesn't fix the problem, or you can't find any "sb_" processes, then
SpamBayes isn't running, and isn't your problem. Try restarting in Safe
Mode, doing a Windows Update, and checking for spyware/viruses.

If it does fix the problem, then using the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel
is the correct method of uninstalling SpamBayes.

Please always include the list (spambayes at python.org) in your replies
(reply-all), and please don't send me personal mail about SpamBayes.
http://www.massey.ac.nz/~tameyer/writing/reply_all.html explains this.
