SpamBayes is a freely available open source program (see
http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/faq.html#what-is-the-license-how-much-d
oes-it-cost-can-i-pay-anyway). You can certainly try to sell it (subject
to the terms of the license), though you'll probably have better luck if
you enhance its value in some way. Some possibilities: bundling support
beyond what is freely available, or enhancing the product itself, as
others have done (see http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/related.html).
