[Spambayes] Outlook Plugin Error

Hi. I just received a query from a client to whom I recommended
SB O/look Plugin. He said:

However after downloading SpamBayes I went through the steps to
install it and I keep getting this message: Unable to register
the DLL/OCX: DllRegisterServer failed; code 0x00000000.

Any ideas?
