[Spambayes] Setup wizard

To whom it may concern,

I am running a PC with Outlook 2003, and Win XP Pro (service pack 2) on it,
and I have recently installed Spambayes. Though according to the
instructions for installation that I have it says that when I next start up
Outlook that it should start a Setup wizard. This hasn't happened, is there
a reason for this? And is there a way to rectify the problem?

Any help would be appreciated
