[Spambayes] Problem installing in an All-User situation

Hmm.  I don't suppose Outlook has disabled it for the other users?   
(Help->About Microsoft Outlook->Disabled Items; it won't be listed in  
the COM add-ins list).

Does a log file get created when you start Outlook as one of the  
other users?

Is there anything unusual about this machine?  (Apart from this <wink>).
