[Spambayes] SpamBayes will not load

I believe that you have to do the install as an administrator (at  
least, you'll need access to write to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE registry  
section, and create files in '\Program Files').  If you give the user  
admin rights, do the install, then take the rights away, that should  
work.  However, since you've tried this as an administrator, it's  
unlikely to be the only problem.

Unfortunately, nothing was attached.  Could you try again?

The first thing to check would be if Outlook has disabled the plug- 
in: Help->About Microsoft Outlook->Disabled Items.
