[Spambayes] SpamBayes Failure

Apologies in advance for my ignorance.  I've used SpamBayes successfully
for quite some time, but recently it has simply quit working.  I can't
even pull up the menu although the icons still show on Outlook.  I have
tried all the suggestions in the documentation, even removed the program
entirely and reinstalled, rebooted, etc, with no luck.  Checked
SourceForge for similar problems again without success.  Suggestions on
what to look for?
