[Spambayes] Moving from outlook add-in to server proxy

Will setting SpamBayes to filter all these folders not work?

Basically, just go through the standard setup for sb_server, and then stop
it, and copy the default_bayes_database.db file in your (Outlook) data
directory into the proxy data directory as "hammie.db".
