[Spambayes] spambayes problem

I am in need of assistance.  My Spam Blocker add-in stopped working several days ago.  The add-in is enabled and I have tried to re-initialize it several times (following the instructions in the troubleshooting guide).  The add-in doesn't load and I am being inundated with spam.  I've attached a log of the error message.
