[Spambayes] problem with spambytes i think

a couple days ago my spambytes stopped working.
 
there is no spam number by new emails
I cannot get the drop down menu "SapmBayhes" for the outlook menu file to
drop down, so i cannot change anything
i tried to delete and reinstall , but still same thing,
If i have a email selected and click on  "Delete as Spam"  nothing happens.
 
any suggestion would be appreciated..
