[Spambayes] Toolbar Not Appearing

Hello,

 

I just installed Spambayes 1.1 and the Spambayes toolbar is not
appearing.  I had a previous version of Spambayes and had all sorts of
problems so I uninstalled it and deleted the toolbar.  Now, after
installing the new version, the toolbar does not appear.

 

What do I need to do to get the toolbar to appear once again?
