[Spambayes] icon in systray not "active"

When I click on the "SpamBayes Tray Icon" entry in the 
All Programs area, I get the same results as when I double click
on the Icon on the desktop.  An icon is placed in the system tray.
When I move the mouse pointer to the systray icon, it disappears.
