Hi Tony,
After a few tries, I was able to run the "Detect and Repair"
successfully (it ended in a message that said it was successful), but
I'm still not able to re-enable SpamBayes without Outlook crashing (as
described earlier). What else do you think could solve this?
Thank you so much for your help! -Heather

Thank you, Tony. When I re-enable it then restart Outlook, it does ask
me to disable it again. ;-(
I will try doing detect and repair, though, and I'll let you know how
that goes. Thanks for your quick response! -Heather

If you re-enable SpamBayes (Help->About Microsoft Outlook->Disabled
Items) does it then ask you to disable it next time you start?
(I use Google Talk and MSN Messenger, so I doubt those are to blame,
and it seems unlikely that the Adobe products would be).
You could try doing a "Detect and Repair" on Outlook, and see if that
helps.
