[Spambayes] Is SpamBayes still alive?

It's quite alive.  There's little active work being done on it, however,
because a) it's quite mature and functional and b) key developers have
other priorities at present.  Given how well it works, I think that in
this case silence is golden.  (Except that 1.1 has not been released,
but I find 1.1a1 quite stable.)
