[Spambayes] Outlook express 71% of mail will never hit spambayes , it by pases it?

Message: I am using SpamBayes POP3 Proxy Version 1.0.4 (March 2005) (binary), with version 2.3.5 (#62, Feb  8 2005, 16:23:02) [MSC v.1200 32 bit (Intel)] of Python; my operating system is Windows 5.1.2600.2 (Service Pack 2).  I have trained 400 ham and 66 spam. 
 The problem I am having is:
The last  few days most mail never gos thru the filter of the last 24 , 7 went thru filter 17 went right into mailbox, any ideas ?

I found this but it is not clear what it means:

 SpamBayes POP3 Proxy Version 1.0.4 (March 2005)Spambayes Web Interface, 20:31 on Monday May 01 2006. Spambayes.org Help   I never had any problems with old filter this one I have 400 email  , 66 spam. the old filter I had somewhere around 20000 ham to 2000 or 3000 spam with no problems. The mail never went around the filter.I think this info. may mean something to someone , I hope you know the answer    THANKS FOR ANY HELP IN THIS MATTER.                                        MIKE
