You need to enable the "Suppress caching of bulk ham" option on the
configuration page.  That assumes your mailing list sets either the

  Precedence: bulk

or

  Precedence: list

header.  Most do.  "Suppress caching of bulk ham" prevents mailing list
emails that have been classified as Ham from appearing in the training
list.
