First of all, I have a limited knowledge of software/hardware.  When trying to install the above, the computer stalled and gave the message--- failed: code 5.

I have a Dell computer, ME operating system, Bit Defender was just installed, Zone Lab firewall, Outlook Express\msimn.exe,
