[Spambayes] Unwanted stock solicitations

I just installed 1.1a3 on a clean Win2K system.  The files ocrad.exe
and python24.dll both exist in /Program Files/Spambayes/bin, but there
are no paths pointing to them, so neither python nor ocrad run from the
command line.  Did the paths get left out of the Windows installer?
