[Spambayes] outlook plugin

Hello

I have Windows XP Pro SP2 with Office 2003 Pro SP2 and spambayes 1.0.4 has stop
to work.
Broken on Outlook start, i have deleted program and deleted spambayes manually
in outlook toolbar. But when i install again, i don't see spambayes toolbar in
outlook, i have it in com complements and try to activate, but outlook disable
it at startup. I don't know why !
