[Spambayes] sb_server.py daemon script for OS X/*NIX platforms

	I have been testing out this most excellent app on my Mac.  On thing though
the script located at this link http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/unix.html :
* where do I put it on my system
* What do I save it as .sh .py or other
