[Spambayes] Admin Rights

Hello,

I am an IT Admin trying to install SpamBayes on a user that does not have
admin rights to her PC. I logged on as myself (domain admin) and installed
it but when I went back to her account to add the dll in Add In Manager
(Outlook 2002) it does not show up. I have tried this multiple times and
even moved the SPAMBAYES folder that gets created in Program Files onto her
desktop.  Bottom line is that I just need to run this software as an Admin
on her profile or be able to add the plugin successfully.   Please assist
me.

OS: WINDOWS2000 SP4
Mail Client: Outlook 2002 
SPAMBAYES 1.0.4
