The last thing I would do would be to suggest changes in the way you
conduct your business but I do think that you should be charging for
your anti-spam program. I get forty to forty-five emails every morning.
Thirty-five to forty are spam and the rest are "for real". Your program
sorts them out accurately (no errors) in one minute. This thing is fast
and very accurate. You may consider it to be in beta but I see no
"glitches" and no errors. It is no less reliable than any one of the
many Windows releases (all Beta) and what does Microsoft want for an OS
like XP Pro that has two entire service packs of "fixes"? Think about
it.
