Nope. Please reply to all (so everyone on the list can chip in) and
attach your log files to your message. (See the troubleshooting guide
for assistance locating the log files.)

Thanks Jesse, by the way I am using Outlook 2002 (XP) and it has been
working perfectly until last week. I tried the suggestion but the files
are not moving. As I was just checking I found that now my good email
is going to the Junk Suspect folder. I really need help to get this
worked out. Any other suggestions?

Bob

This could be the problem described in
http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/faq.html#messages-don-t-move-after-clic
king-until-i-change-folder.

Subject: [Spambayes] Delete as Spam button

For some reason my Delete as Spam button in my Junk Suspects folder does
nothing. I have tried uninstalling Spambayes and reinstalling version
1.0.4 but the problem continues. I have gone into the Spambayes Manager
tab, Filtering and assured that my Junk E-Mail and Junk E-Mail Suspects
are pointed to the correct folders; I have clicked the Enable Spambayes
box on the General tab and do not know where to go from here.

I am running XP Pro with Service Pack 2 with all updates downloaded and
installed.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Spambayes has worked flawlessly
for a very long time for me until this issue started last week.

Sincerely,

Robert D. "Bob" Rawlings
