[Spambayes] Spambayes, XP and Outlook 2007

Spambayes stopped working after several months on an XP system running
Outlook 2007. I have uninstalled, deleted the Spambayes toolbar and then
reinstalled. The reinstallation does not restore functionality or the
Spambayes toolbar.
