That's a good question.  I'm not sure the free version of Yahoo! Mail
supports POP3 or IMAP.  The non-free version supports at least IMAP.
Someone else here mentioned something called YPOPs! which presumably adds
POP support to the free version:

    http://ypopsemail.com/

If that works you should be able to use the SpamBayes POP3 proxy to filter
your email.  The chain of programs would look something like this:

    Yahoo! Mail -> YPOPs! -> SB POP3 proxy -> your mail program

It appears there is a binary installer for Windows.  On other platforms you
will have to download the source distribution.  The last source distribution
looks substantially older than the last Windows distribution though, so
checking the code out from the project's CVS repository looks to be the best
bet.  (Note that you will need to be able to compile C++ code.  If you don't
know what that means, that's not going to be a good option for you.)
