[Spambayes] how do I open configuration wizard

I am getting an error msg when I open  MS outlook saying I must go to
spambays manager  and run the configuration wizard to remove a bug.

I don’t understand all the technical jargon so can you tell me in, simple
terms, how I can do this please. I also think that this is causing Outlook
to be very slow and almost freeze to the point of exasperation.

Your help please
