[Spambayes] Problem with Spambayes

I downloaded spambayes and the add in will not load. I have read the
troubleshooting guide. I am using Outlook 2007 on Vista. Outlook will not
allow me to engage spambayes. I check the proper box and click okay -
nothing. When I open the COM addins section again, spambayes is not checked
or enabled.

 

Can you help?
