[Spambayes] Severe error

Hi,

 

When I start Outlook I get a warning message saying that the SpamBayes add
in has cause a serious error. I have been experiencing no noticeable
problems and then this message appeared. The message advised me to disable
the add in and seek an update to put the problem right; but I have no idea
what it is. I agreed, by clicking ok, to allow Outlook to disable Spambayes
and this is the current state. Please could you advise me on what to do
next?
