I can't see that in the log you posted.  I do see:

FAILED to add the toolbar item ...

but that *is* normal (but I agree the message is scary)

The last 2 lines I pasted from my log:

> Message 'Re: DirectoryWatcher (rough draft)' in 'Personal Folders/Inbox'
had a Spam classification of 'No'

Each of these lines corresponds to a mail that arrived and was
scored/filtered.

It should be, yeah - but try raising it to 3 or 4, and see if anything else
interesting appears.

Also, try adding the "Spam" column to your view (see the FAQ for details) -
it would be interesting to know if your newly arrived mail gets scored at
all.

Not SF techs, but spambayes developers, yeah - for Outlook, I'm pretty much
it these days :)
