[Spambayes] SB not loading

[Liberty Fireworks]

Hi,

I have used Spambayes in the past and loved it.  Then began having a problem
with it not working.  I have tried removing the program and reinstalling and
nothing works.  The Outlook toolbar shows nothing at all.  I sure like this
program and would very much like to use it.  I am somewhat computer literate
and am easy to walk through fixes.  I use Windows XP (service pack 3).

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
