[Spambayes] converting suspected spam to spam file

[eBay]

Clicking on suspected (by spambayes) spam or accepted (by spambayes) emails
to convert them to definite spam does not work, they remain where they are
 
I have reloaded spambayes with no change
 
using latest version of spambayes and MSoutlook
