[Spambayes] Assistance

If you have an Outlook folder that you know contains only messages that
are not spam, use the first Browse... button to select it. Likewise, if
you have any folders that you know contain ONLY spam, use the second
Browse... button to select it. If you don't have such folders, I think
you can leave those fields empty (as long as you don't click the Start
Training button).
 
The top part of the tab is for people who want to train SpamBayes based
on messages that they've already categorized. The bottom part is for
training it message-by-message over a period of time. This incremental
training method is easy and effective for many people, so if you don't
already have collections of ham and spam to train on, don't worry about
it. You should get good results pretty quickly - usually by the time
you've trained SpamBayes with a couple of dozen messages.
