[Spambayes] Error with Outlook 2003 and Spambayes

Since downloading the latest version of Spambayes, I get the following error
when opening Outlook:

 

"There was an Error initializing the SpamBayes addin. Please restart
Outlook".  Restarting outlook does not resolve problem.  I have
uninstalled/reinstalled without any change in the behavior.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
