[Spambayes] Restarting problem

Jocelyn,

It sounds like SpamBayes is not loaded and running.
Have you check in Control Panel ==> Administrative Tools ==> Services?
If installed as a service, it should appear there.  If the Spambayes 
Service is listed there as "manual" or "disabled", change to automatic.
Then start the service.  There also might be an icon in the system tray 
from which you can start the program.
