[Spambayes] Cannot delete a Junk Suspects1 folder from Outlook 2007

[Help Desk]

One of out users was recently upgraded from Outlook XP to Outlook 2007.
Her operating system is still Windows XP.  She was running
Spambayes-1.Orc1 (May2004).  That Spambayes came along with the upgrade
but along with the normal folders of Junk E-mail and Junk Suspects it
created a Junk Suspects1 folder with a red circle and slash through it
which we can't delete.
First why did it do that and how can we get rid of it?
Any help would be appreciated.
