[Spambayes] Backupand restore

I am having to reinstall my operating system and need to know how to backup and 
restore spambayes.  I looked at your documentation and looked at the application 
data directory for spambayes.  I found the directory but none of the files  
located within it show a recent date (I train regularly).  What am I doing 
wrong?

Windows 7 64-bit
9 gByte RAM
plenty of disk space
