[Spambayes] Problems with 1.16a on Win7-64

Using the 1.1a6 version and after shutting Outlook 2007 down, I get an error
message "Problem Starting Spambayes Plug-in" at the next start. This occurs
even after a full shutdown/startup cycle.

For logging, I'm getting nothing from Spambayes or Outlook as to what is
wrong. Just the error message during Outlook startup. I did catch an
APPCRASH that stated GOCR had failed but don't know if that's linked to
Spambayes.
